All games will be broadcasted live each weekend afternoon with a full snack buffet & bar service culminating with the final match up on April 2nd at our famous beach movie theatre with a full Basketball tailgate party complete with specialty menus from the hometown of those competing! Stargazing Rock n’ Roll Party Now guests can dance the night away to a live All-American rock n’ roll band at our weekly Stargazing Rock n’ Roll beach parties. Mingle around the bonfire on the beach, meet new friends or lay back with an ice-cold beer and gaze at the stars through beachfront telescopes. Great family fun! Enjoy whale watching from the beach or your own private balcony! Each winter thousands of California Baja Whales make the 8,000-mile voyage from the Bering Sea of Alaska to the warm lagoons of southern Baja California to give birth to their calves and nurture their young. Between the Baja peninsula and Mexico lies the rich Sea of Cortez, a perfect place to encounter numerous species of whales and a variety of plants and animals found nowhere else. Recently there has been a lot of "friendly" whale behavior in the lagoons and sometimes the whales even approach within an arms length. These whales can be seen within a few hundred meters of Cabo San Lucas throughout the year, but the most activity occurs during this gray whale migration season, which is from January through March. Your first indication of the gray whale will probably be its spout or "blow" -up to 15 ft (4.5 m) high, bushy, and occasionally heart-shaped when seen from the front or rear. It will be visible for miles on calm days, and an explosive whoosh of exhalation may be heard up to ½ mile away.   Daily Activities

Our fully supervised children's program for children ages 3-12 will entertain the little ones with a different daily program based on science, nature, and exploration. The kids will enjoy sandcastle competitions, arts & crafts, a game room, movies on the beach on our big screen TV, and ocean trampoline. There are even weekly campout adventures where children will sleep in tents at the club (with parents approval)!!

And there's more.. We have implemented a new standard that all Explorer's Club staff must be certified in Infant First Aid and CPR. Now parents can rest assured while their children participate in fun-filled activities with safety-certified employees in the Explorer's Club for kids. Beginning July 1, 2006 all staff members will have completed programs in Red Cross CPR, First Aid and Toddler CPR. Additional safety standards include non-lockable doors, padded floors and rounded corners.
