This stunning resort offers hotel rooms and suites, within two hotels - Colonial and Kantenah that have a horizontal flow with easy access to all facilities and a white beach which curves around a peninsula on the Caribbean Sea.

There is a choice of four à la carte restaurants--Mexican, Oriental, Mediterranean, and a steakhouse--and three buffet restaurants offering continental, local and Creole cuisine. The Azul Palapa has dining a la fresco, overlooking a gigantic lagoon size pool, with Grecian columns encasing pools of bubbling water. A magical setting!

Nightly shows take place in a theater off the courtyard and guests gravitate to the lobby bars for cocktails in an inviting setting. The hotel has 414 luxurious and spacious standard rooms with two double beds or a King-Size bed, all of them with a fully-fitted bathroom complete with shower or bath and a hairdryer, air conditioning, ceiling fan, telephone, satellite TV, safety deposit box, internal information channel, internal movie channel, minibar, terrace, coffee- and tea-making equipment and iron.

Tthe ‘Mayan Suites  have their own individual entrances, a Mayan-style outdoor shower and jacuzzi.

Guests of the Grand Palladium Colonial Resort & Spa will be able to choose between the seven restaurants. There are two buffet-type cooking with show-cooking where the guests are able to enjoy the most exclusive international cuisine and choose from a wide and varied selection of hot, cold or cooked to order dishes. There are four theme restaurants where they can enjoy Mexican, Mediterranean, Japanese and Steak house cooking.

Tikal & La Hacienda - 2 large air-conditioned buffet restaurant with a "Creole Corner' and nightly show cooking.

El Gran Azul - 1 large buffet restaurant designed with an open plan allowing its diners to experience the magnificent surroundings and views of the main pool. This restaurant serves continental breakfast, lunch from 12 noon to 4:00 pm, snacks 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm

El Dorado - A la Carte air conditioned International Steakhouse. reservations required. Men must wear long pants for dinner.

II Vaticano - This is an air-conditioned a la carte restaurant with a Mediterranean flare. Reservations are required. Men must wear long pants for dinner.

La Adelita - A la carte Mexican restaurant. Air conditioned. Reservations Required. Men must wear long pants for dinner.

 

Sumtuori - Japanese a la carte restaurant, reservations are required. Air Conditioned Men must wear long pants for dinner
